Mortgage planning is Bob's area of expertise and includes:

• Assisting potential home buyers in all price ranges with an emphasis on his client's long and short term financial goals.
• Putting the right mortgage plan in place maximizing cash flow, college saving plans, retirement savings plans and tax preparation.

Bob is an 18 year resident of The Woodlands and is actively involved in the community including:

• Junior Achievement Volunteer Teacher at The Woodlands High School
• Active member of South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce
• Texas Charity Advocates Volunteer
• Assistant Head Coach for Men's Varsity Lacrosse Team
